Accessible Access – Big Sky Speedway is committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the track.
Accessible parking is available in two areas; In the northeast corner of the Main Parking Lot (entry off Hwy 87), and outside of the Turn 4 admission gate (entry located off of State Hwy 87 mile marker #16). While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive prior to race time to improve their chances of obtaining an accessible parking space.
There is also parking available for large school buses and large charter/tour buses in this area. Guests traveling to the Speedway in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Big Sky offices at (406) 998-9636 for information on parking locations.
Big Sky Speedway has accessible seating available in many seating areas. Guests requesting accessible seating can call the Big Sky office at (406) 998-9636 for additional information.

Alcohol Policy – You must be 21 to purchase, possess or consume all alcohol products on Big Sky Speedway premises. Big Sky Speedway prohibits the carry in or carry out of alcoholic beverages. All coolers will be inspected for compliance to this law. For those fans over the age 21, alcohol can be purchased inside the track gates.
Animals – Big Sky Speedway welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. Proper documentation may be requested for these animals prior to entry. All other animals are prohibited inside the track gates.
ATM Machines – For your convenience, there are two ATM machines are located inside the track gates. One machine is located at the top of Section C under the Main Grandstands, and the second machine is located just inside the Turn 4 admission gates.
Cameras & Video Equipment – Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the Speedway for personal use. Cameras and video recorders are welcomed provided their dimensions do not exceed the 14″ x 14″ x 14″ size requirement. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures. Tripods, monopods and other camera support device is not permitted. During televised events, video recording is not permitted. Big Sky reserves the right to remove any Guests who do not cooperate with this policy.
Camping -Big Sky offers plenty of camping space for race fans wishing to spend the weekend at the Speedway. Camping lot availability and pricing varies by event.
Carry-In Items – To ensure the safety of all Guests, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance. Bags, backpacks, coolers, purses, etc. larger than 14″ x 14″ x 14″ will not be permitted into the Speedway in accordance with the Big Sky Speedway size requirement. No food or drink allowed.
Concessions – There are permanent concession stands on the grounds of Big Sky Speedway. The main concession stand is located behind the main grandstands on the frontstretch and carries a wide variety of food and beverage selection. The concession stand offers a variety of food and beverage choices, as does the concession stand in the infield pit area. Several specialty trailers are also located throughout the grounds on large racing weekends.
Coolers – Not allowed in the grandstands.

Credit Card Policy – Credit cards are accepted as a method of payment for ticket purchases and Big Sky concession stand purchases at Big Sky Speedway. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are valid. For your convenience, ATM machines are located throughout the grounds.

Firearms – The possession of firearms, explosives or weapons on Big Sky Speedway property is prohibited, regardless of whether a federal or state license to possess the same has been issued to the possessor.
Fireworks – From time to time, the use of pyrotechnics may be part of events presented at the Speedway. The use of fireworks by guests is strictly prohibited at Big Sky Speedway and in its parking and camping lots. Guests found in possession of or using fireworks/pyrotechnics are subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of state law resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
First Aid Station – A first aid station is located outside of the Turn 4 admission gate. For the protection of our guests, trained medical personnel are on duty at all racing events.
Fuel – Racing fuel is available to teams at all racing events. Big Sky Speedway carries 110 Octane, and Methanol.
Gate Opening – Gate opening times vary from race to race. Please see the event schedule for more details.
Golf Carts – Golf Carts are welcome in the Speedway campgrounds, but must meet Speedway safety specifications and carry a 2017 Big Sky Golf Cart permit sticker.
Ice – Ice is available for sale outside of the Middle Gate (Turn 4) on most race weekends.
Lost and Found – Guest may inquire about lost and found articles at the Main Gate Ticket Office during an event. On Non-Race days, Monday-Friday during the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. guests can call Big Sky office at (406) 998-9636. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the event and then donated to a charitable group.

Media Credentials – Media Credentials – Working media personnel, both regionally and nationally, are welcome at all nine majorBig Sky Speedway events. All credential requests (season and single-race) may be made: HERE
Merchandise/Souvenirs – Several merchandise vendors are on-site at each racing event. Vendors are located in ‘Souvenir Row’ outside of turn one, as well as in the ‘Fan Zone’ outside of turn 4. A limited supply of Big Sky Speedway merchandise can also be purchased online at http://www.bigskyspeedway.com.Please note – Souvenirs are not available at the Big Sky Speedway office during the week.
Parking – Big Sky Speedway offers several options for parking at racing events. The Main Parking Lot is located off ofHwy 87. The main entrance to the track is located at the front of this lot.
Pit Access – Pit passes, which allow access to the pit area, are available at all Big Sky racing events. A pit pass also allows for admission into the grandstand area.
Minimum Age – Only persons 14 years of age or older will be admitted to pit area. Minors 14, 15, 16 or 17 years of age must submit a Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement/Minor’s Assumption of Risk and Release and Waiver of Liability signed by a parent (or legal guardian). No exceptions. If the waiver is not signed in the presence of an Big Sky Speedway official, it must be notarized.
Purchase – Pit passes must be purchased in-person only. No advance sales. Pit passes can be purchased from any ticket location at the Speedway (Main Gate, Turn 4, Turn 3)
Public Address Paging – Because of the many requests, paging is not permitted except in cases that are deemed to be emergencies.
Radio – Portable radios and headsets are permitted in Big Sky Speedway. The public address system can be heard on FM frequency 87.9.
Re-Entry Policy – Guests can obtain a ‘pass-out’ ticket upon leaving the track that will allow for re-entry to the event. Any guest returning their car or leaving the event for any reason must obtain a ‘pass-out’ ticket or they will not be allowed back in the event.
Restrooms – Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the Speedway grounds. Permanent restrooms are located at the east end of the main grandstand, in the Turn 4 Fan Zone. Portable restrooms are also located throughout the Speedway and campgrounds.
Seat Cushions / Seatbacks – Seat cushions are permitted. Stadium style seats may NOT exceed 18 inches in maximum width in the grandstands or bleachers. No high back seats. Please be courteous to those around you.

Payment Options – Accepted payment methods include cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Lost or Stolen Tickets – Please report any lost or stolen tickets to the Big Sky Office at 406-998-9636.
Rain Check Policies – In the event of a complete rainout, a ticket holder has the option of receiving a refund or applying the value of their ticket towards another event. Refunds are issued in the same manner in which the purchase was made. Rain check policies may differ on events that were started prior to the rain cancellation. Please listen to Public Address announcements or refer to www.BigSkyspeedway.com for detailed information regarding those situations. A rain check of a complimentary ticket (face value of $0.00) is not a valid rain check.
Monster Truck Throwdown Rainout Policy – The show will go on rain or shine. No refunds.
Timing & Scoring – Live timing and scoring information can be accessed on any smartphone at www.BigSkyspeedway.com/livetiming or through each respective event pages.
Will Call – Tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the Main Gate Ticket Office, located at the front of the main parking lot. Photo ID is required to pick up all tickets at will call.
Umbrella Policy – Umbrellas are permitted inside the Speedway. For the safety and consideration of your fellow fans, please do not open your umbrella in crowded areas.
